TERMS & CONDITIONS RICH AF — A DBA of AKO Group LLC Last updated: May 2026

1. ABOUT RICH AF

RICH AF ("we," "us," "our") is a members-only lifestyle and experiences brand operating as a DBA of AKO Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of liverichaf.com and your membership in the RICH AF community. By accessing our site or becoming a member you agree to these terms in full.

2. MEMBERSHIP

2.1 Eligibility Membership in RICH AF is by invitation or approved application only. You must be at least 25 years of age to apply for or hold membership. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

2.2 Member Conduct By becoming a member you agree to:

• Treat all members, guests, and RICH AF staff with respect and dignity

• Maintain the confidentiality of other members' identities, contact information, and personal details

• Not share, sell, or transfer your membership account or login credentials to any third party

• Show up to experiences with openness, generosity, and intention

• Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the values and standards of the RICH AF community

2.3 Revocation of Membership RICH AF reserves the right to revoke membership at any time, at our sole discretion, if a member violates these terms, engages in conduct unbecoming of the community, or disrupts the experience of other members. Revocation of membership does not entitle the member to any refund of payments made for experiences.

2.4 Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at member@liverichaf.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. EXPERIENCES & BOOKINGS

3.1 Experience Availability All RICH AF experiences are available to approved members only. Participation in any experience is subject to availability and, where applicable, additional eligibility requirements communicated at the time of booking.

3.2 Pricing All prices are listed in USD. Pricing is subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of your booking is the price you will be charged.

3.3 Payment Payment is collected at checkout via Stripe. Payment plans are available through Partial.ly for eligible experiences. By completing a booking you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

3.4 Cancellation by Member All experience bookings are final. If you need to cancel your booking you must notify us in writing at member@liverichaf.com within 24 hours of your original booking to be eligible for any consideration. After the 24-hour window all payments are non-refundable. Seat transfers to another approved RICH AF member may be permitted at our sole discretion — contact us to request a transfer.

3.5 Cancellation by RICH AF In the unlikely event that RICH AF cancels an experience:

• If cancelled more than 60 days prior to the experience start date, you will receive a full refund of all payments made

• If cancelled within 60 days of the experience start date, you will receive a full credit toward a future RICH AF experience

RICH AF is not responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of a cancellation, including but not limited to flights, travel insurance, or personal expenses.

3.6 Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that all members purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to participating in any RICH AF experience. RICH AF is not responsible for losses incurred due to trip cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. HEALTH & PHYSICAL PARTICIPATION

By booking and participating in a RICH AF experience you confirm that you are in adequate physical health to participate in the activities involved. You acknowledge that some experiences may be physically engaging and agree to accurately disclose any physical limitations, medical conditions, or accessibility requirements to RICH AF in advance of the experience. RICH AF is not liable for any health-related incidents, injuries, or medical emergencies that occur during an experience. Participants with undisclosed conditions that affect their ability to participate do so at their own risk.

5. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

By participating in a RICH AF experience you consent to being photographed and/or filmed during the experience. RICH AF reserves the right to use images and footage in which you appear for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes across any media, including but not limited to social media, email, and the RICH AF website. If you have specific concerns about your likeness being used please contact us at member@liverichaf.com prior to the experience.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

RICH AF is a private, members-only community. You agree to keep all member information — including but not limited to names, contact details, and personal information shared within the community — strictly confidential. You may not share, publish, or disclose any member information to third parties without the express written consent of the member in question.

7. COMMUNICATION

By becoming a member of RICH AF you consent to receiving communications from us including but not limited to membership updates, experience announcements, and community news. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting member@liverichaf.com. Transactional and membership-related communications are not subject to opt-out.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AKO Group LLC and RICH AF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your membership or participation in any RICH AF experience. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific experience giving rise to the claim.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your membership, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at member@liverichaf.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Delaware. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

RICH AF reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify members of material changes via email. Your continued use of liverichaf.com or participation in RICH AF experiences following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
